At Blackshear Capital & Legal, we have a passion for dissecting all of your target's details (asset ownership checks-including lien searches, management background checks, potential litigation, intellectual property protection, regulatory and contract compliance, etc.). We can manage all or a portion of the due diligence process, as you request. Our due diligence efforts can provide the basis and backing for any required legal opinion. Throughout the process, we will continuously inform you of our efforts and findings through written memoranda. The final written memorandum will summarize all of our material findings.
